NAPS Wins "You Got Caught" Award From Keep Virginia Beautiful
The Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) has been selected as a "Get Caught in a Beautiful Act" winner by Keep Virginia Beautiful for a photo of the 2018 NAPS Creek Cleanup.
Development Director Beckey Watson extended congratulations, adding "Thank you for the cleanup work you did that day, and for all that you're doing to help Keep Virginia Beautiful!"
The photo of NAPS volunteers removing trash from area creeks won the Groups/Organizations Category. During the creek cleanup, Captain Don Imbur and crew tied for removing the "Largest Item" – large foam blocks. Other crew members were Dana Wilson, Brayden Newsome, Olivia Byrd, Ava Wilson, and Cooper Haynie.
