NAPS Fall Social
Join us at the NAPS Annual Fall Social, Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023, from 4pm to 7pm at the Tavern Meeting Building & grounds (behind Rice's Hotel/Hughlett's Tavern) in Heathsville. We will be celebrating the recipients of the 2023 Northumberland Distinguished Citizen Award – the volunteers of Smith Point Sea Rescue.
Mingle with your fellow NAPS members enjoying delicious appetizers, wine and beer. Dinner will follow the presentation of the 2023 Northumberland Distinguished CItizen Award. Wonderful entreés and breads from the Tavern kitchen will be served with homemade sides from NAPS members – and we'll finish it off with NAPS' signature ice cream sundaes! All inclusive for just $20 per person!
NAPS will hold a brief Annual Meeting after dinner when the sundae bar opens. NAPS members can attend the meeting only no charge – and enjoy a sundae on us!
As always in our all-volunteer organization, we need all the help we can get. While the entreés, breads, wine/beer and sundaes will be provided, appetizers and side dishes contributed by you would be most appreciated. We also need help in setting up and cleaning up. To do your part for NAPS, please call or message Mike Ahart at 313-0274 or by email.
Register and/or contribute to the ANGEL LIST to help fund the event and essential NAPS projects and programs. Non-members are also welcome to join the party, especially if they are interested in joining NAPS or are visiting.
